From 35 to Approximately 1,065 Google Reviews Across Five Locations
Overview A sports club with five locations had a strong in-person customer base but only about 35 Google reviews across all of them. Customer satisfaction wasn't the issue. Review requests happened occasionally, depended on different teams, and no one was responsible for asking. Back2Rank's Approach We documented review counts and local presence at all five locations to set a shared baseline. Then we completed the Local SEO optimization, treating the clubs as one brand while keeping each location's local context. We built one process for collecting reviews that every location could follow, and the clubs made asking for a review part of normal customer interactions. Every review came from a real customer. We tracked the growth across the whole network. The Results Within a few months, the five locations collected more than 1,030 new Google reviews, growing from about 35 to approximately 1,065. Based on rounded counts, that's growth of over 2,900%. The bigger result was operational: the club now has a review process its teams keep using.

From an Almost 90% Migration Loss to Traffic 128% Above the Original Level
Overview A store moved from OpenCart to a custom-built platform that was a better website in every way except one: it launched without essential SEO settings. Organic traffic fell by almost 90%. The client had invested in the new platform and didn't want to go back. Back2Rank's Approach We ran a Strategic SEO Audit of the custom build and identified the basic settings and technical requirements lost in the migration. Fixing everything at once would have slowed the fixes that mattered most, so we split the work. Recovery-critical items came first, to restore search access and signals. Once traffic stabilized, the client implemented the remaining technical improvements, and we measured the return to baseline and the later growth separately. The Results Organic traffic came back in about two weeks after the priority fixes. Two months later, it started growing past the pre-migration level and eventually peaked 128% higher. The client kept the custom website and went on to results the old OpenCart store never reached.

A Store Used as Part of a Botnet and the 12-Month Recovery
Overview The first clear warning didn't come from the storefront. It came from the VPS provider. The online store looked normal to customers, but attackers were using its server to target other websites and send spam. Organic traffic declined gradually, so the loss was hard to tie to any single visible incident. Back2Rank's Approach We treated the provider's notice as evidence of a wider compromise and ran a security audit, which confirmed the website was part of a botnet. The incident response focused on stopping the attacks and spam the server was sending. We then linked the prolonged, hidden compromise to the slow loss of authority and traffic, and continued SEO recovery long after the security problem was contained. The Results The website stopped taking part in the botnet. Restoring its authority took 12 months of steady, clearly reported work, because reputation declines faster than it recovers. A store that works normally proves nothing about whether its server is clean, or whether its search visibility is safe.
